Log into your AudioDeluxe account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Inspection and Refund
